Second Project

Kunduchi Eco Park: early feasibility, Dar es Salaam

The first expansion of the portfolio beyond Mnazi Bay. A deliberate test of different conditions, not a replication of the flagship.

A multi-revenue coastal enterprise model

Kunduchi Eco Park extends the portfolio into a multi-revenue coastal enterprise model with direct access to Dar es Salaam's tourism and urban market base: managed coastal habitats structured for revenue from eco-tourism, biodiversity credits, nature-based products, and carbon pathways.

It is a deliberate test of different conditions from Mnazi Bay, not a replication of it: a peri-urban coastal context alongside the community-managed rural seascape model at MBREMP. In active feasibility and design development; tenure arrangements, certification pathways, and the enterprise model will be published as the project matures.
